Farm Information Visitors can enjoy Snowmelt Strawberry, a carefully-cultivated variety grown using the melted snow from Mt. Tanigawa. The temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide emissions are closely monitored in the greenhouses to create photosynthesis effectively. This strawberry has about twice the sweetness of ordinary varieties.
