Kawagoe: Strawberry Picking In An Edo Townscape Just One Hour From Tokyo

  • Strawberries

Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture is only an hour away from midtown Tokyo. A castle stood here during the Edo Period, as the town had a powerful influence at that time.
