Azumino Fruits Land is located on elevated ground in Azumino, Nagano and boasts the longest daylight hours in Japan. The orchard continues to grow fruit with its 41 years of experience and original methods to cultivate strawberries, Japanese pears, grapes, blueberries, and apples.

A characteristic of Azumino Fruits Land is that customers can become the owner of an apple tree.

Customers can become the owner of one apple tree by paying between 10,000 to 20,000 yen. With 10,000 yen, customers are guaranteed the ownership of 25kg of the harvest, while with 20,000 yen you are guaranteed twice as much at 50kg.

Becoming the owner does not mean that you are required to visit every day to tend to the apples. The staff will do regular maintaining in your place. You can harvest delicious apples just by visiting the orchard during the harvest season.

Aside from apples, an all-you-can-eat blueberry picking course is available at 500 yen for adults and 300 yen for children (elementary school age and under).
